Travel Protection

If you need to cancel your booking, you’ll receive a full travel credit equal to the amount of your original purchase. This credit can be applied to any future travel arrangements or services with us, giving you the flexibility to rebook whenever it’s convenient for you.

Credit Validity: The credit remains valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
No Additional Fees: Choosing the Future Package Credit option comes at no extra cost.
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 4 days prior to the start date of your package.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our website or received via email no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time, at least 3 days prior to the scheduled travel date.
